Custom Orders
All custom nail sets are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Because each set is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns due to preference changes, sizing errors, or wear after use. Please review our sizing guide and confirm measurements before purchasing.
Ready-to-Ship & Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items (e.g., ready-to-ship nails, accessories) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, and after you receive a return authorization from our team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
All defects or shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Email info@nailzotica.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Minor variations are normal for handcrafted items and do not qualify as defects.
- Wear, lifting, breakage, or damage after use is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items that have been worn, filed, glued, resized, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Orders returned due to (1) invalid/incomplete address, (2) carrier unable to deliver, or (3) refusal at delivery will be restocked and issued store credit via E-Gift Card minus the original shipping cost.
Please ensure your address is accurate (including apartment/building/route details). Nailzotica is not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect address entry at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 business days of purchase or before shipment. All cancellations are subject to a $3 transaction fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Order Modifications
To request a change, email us within 1 hour of placing your order. We will do our best to assist before the order is packed, but modifications are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns due to excessive/irregular return history, evidence of used or altered items, or suspected fraudulent activity. Non-Nailzotica items sent to our facility will be discarded upon receipt.
